These Structures are composed of materials and parts that are organized by the supplier and are either

• "kitted" on pallets for Owner Assembly or
• pre-built at the factory for delivery to the Site on skids. 

The size of these homes is generally limited to dimentions that can be transported in one piece over the interstate highway on a flatbed truck. Most states permit loads of 12 ft x 40 ft to travel unsecorted while loads of 14 fy x 40 ft require an escort. Homes or building componets larger this require special permits or must be constructed on-site. Each State Department of Tranportation should be contacted before a complex move is attempted.
